O'Loughlin Project Engineers Limited is currently looking to hire a Site Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- Level 8 Degree qualified Mechanical or Civil Engineer minimum.
- 4+ years experience minimum as a Senior Project Engineer or Site Project Manager.
- Experience in Project Management of Capital Projects on Industrial sites.
- Based on sites in Limerick and Tipperary.
Duties:
- The successful candidate will report to the Client Site Project Manager.
- Responsible for delivery of capital projects safely, on budget, and on schedule.
- Plan, execute, and track the progress of projects through the design phases from inception to handover.
- Lead and coordinate OLPE site engineering personnel.
- Ensure key deliverables as per client standards are adhered to.
- Develop project proposals and effectively communicate to Management/Clients/Stakeholders.
- Establish project objectives in line with project requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achieved.
- Provide direction and vision to the project team.
- Effectively communicate each project progress between the team, clients, and stakeholders.
- Reporting to OLPE management on project/schedule/cost issues.
- Ensure adherence to the client's quality and engineering standards.
- Monitor compliance with applicable practices policies, and specifications.
- Responsible for each individual project budget, execution, schedule, cost control, and handover.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
- Must have a current Irish / EU Work Permit.
